I used the Stampin’ Up! Apple of my Eye and Honeycomb Happiness stamp sets to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #225.

I started by adhering a panel from the Birthday Bouquet DSP pack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered a narrow panel of the Birthday Bouquet DSP to a panel of Blushing Bride card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Blushing Bride card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the ice cream cone image from the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Basic Black Archival ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I used my Aqua Painter and a little Blushing Bride and Soft Suede ink to paint the image.

I stamped the sentiment from the Apple of my Eye photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of White Vellum, sprinkled it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I had cut the vellum panel a little longer than the ice cream panel, so I wrapped the vellum panel around the ice cream panel and adhered it on the back with SNAIL (thanks to Lee Conrey for this great idea, you can see her card here), then adhered the layered panel to a panel of Blushing Bride card stock with SNAIL.

I adhered the sentiment panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then pulled a strand of Whisper White Baker’s Twine through a Blushing Bride button from the Subtles Designer Buttons pack and adhered it to the card front with a Glue Dot.

I stamped the ice cream cone image from the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set in Basic Black Archival Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and painted it with my Aqua Painter, Blushing Bride and Soft Suede ink on the inside of the card.
