Stampin’ Up! Work of Art For Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Work of Art and Grateful Bunch stamp sets to create my card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Work of Art - Stamp With Amy K

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC123.  Be sure to stop by the Sunday Stamps blog to check out what the other Design Team Members have created and be sure to play along too!

I started by pulling out my Stamp-a-ma-jig…that is one tool that you will definitely need if you are planning to do any stamping of images that you’d like lined up fairly precisely.  If you’ve never tried it, it’s a really easy tool to use!  Stampin’ Up! created a quick video to show you how to use the Stamp-a-ma-jig, you can see it here.  This card came together quickly using this tool.

Work of Art 2 - Stamp With Amy KI inked the paintbrush image from the Work of Art stamp set in Real Red ink first and I stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock, using my Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement.  Then I repeated that process with Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Cucumber Crush, Pacific Point and Rich Razzleberry inks.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Smoky Slate card stock with SNAIL, then to a Basic Gray card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Work of Art 1 - Stamp With Amy KI stamped the flower image from the Grateful Bunch stamp set in Basic Gray Archival ink six times on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the images with the corresponding colors of Stampin’ Write Markers, punched them out with the matching Blossom Bunch Punch and adhered them with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added a Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each flower.

Work of Art 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Work of Art stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, punched it out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch, adhered it to a Circles Collection Framelits Die from Smoky Slate card stock with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the sentiment circle to complete the card front.

Grateful Bunch - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the flower image from the Grateful Bunch stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a Whisper White panel and colored the images in the rainbow colors inside the card.
