I used the Stampin’ Up! Painter’s Palette stamp set from the upcoming 2016-17 Annual Catalog to create my card to share today.

The design for my card was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #169.

I started by stamping the easel image from the Painter’s Palette stamp set (available June 1) in Sahara Sand ink on the front of a Thick Whisper White card base.  I adhered a strip of the It’s My Party Designer Washi Tape (retiring) over the stamped image, then wrapped a strand from the Baker’s Twine Combo Pack (retiring) twice around the card front and tied a bow.

I stamped the sentiment from the Painter’s Palette stamp set in Basic Black Archival ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then I stamped the paint images over the sentiment in Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Mint Macaron and Sahara Sand (stamped off once) inks.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Layering Squares Framelits (available June 1).

I stamped the easel image from the Painter’s Palette stamp set again in Sahara Sand ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and I cut it out with two of the Layering Squares Framelits (one inside and one outside).  I adhered the die cut frame over the sentiment image with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I finished the card front by adhering the layered frame over the stamped frame using Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it.

I stamped the Painter’s Palette images on a Whisper White panel inside the card in Mint Macaron, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Sahara Sand inks.
