I used the Stampin’ Up! Birthday Fiesta stamp set and Fiesta Time Framelits to create my card to share today.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 242.
The die cuts on my card were inspired by Can You Case It #126.
I started by adhering a panel from the Festive Birthday DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL. I adhered the layered panel to a Pacific Point card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped three of the cactus image from the Birthday Fiesta photopolymer stamp set in Emerald Envy ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and I cut the images out with the matching Fiesta Time Framelits die. I adhered the images to the card front with SNAIL.
I carefully inked part of the sentiment with Crushed Curry ink and part of it with Emerald Envy ink and I stamped it on a strip of Whisper White card stock. I adhered the sentiment panel to the card front with SNAIL.
I stamped the llama image from the Birthday Fiesta stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock, then added the “necklace” image in Melon Mambo ink. I cut the llama out with the matching die and colored the tassels with the fine point of my Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Marker.
I stamped the llama image a second time in Crushed Curry ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, stamped the inner part of the blanket in Tempting Turquoise ink, then colored the diamonds with my Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Markers and the lines with my Emerald Envy Stampin’ Write Marker. I snipped the blanket out and adhered it with SNAIL to the Crumb Cake llama, then adhered the llama image to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Birthday Fiesta stamp set in Tempting Turquoise ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then added a strip of the Festive Birthday DSP to finish the inside of the card.
