Stampin’ Up! Wherever You Go Sunshine Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Wherever You Go and Sunshine Sayings stamp sets to create my card to share today.

Wherever You Go - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #181.

The colors for my card were inspired by Just Us Girls #352.

And the sunshine theme for my card was inspired by TGIF Challenge 64.

I started by adhering strips of Post-It Note Tape across a panel of Whisper White card stock to create a mask.  I lined the tape up on my Grid Paper so that the edges were about 1-1/4″ from the top and bottom.

Wherever You Go 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sun image from the Wherever You Go stamp set in Daffodil Delight ink so that it was just over the top of the masked line on the lower part of the Whipser White panel.  Then I sponged Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Flirty Flamingo inks around the sun image up to the masked line on the top of the panel.

Wherever You Go 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I removed the Post-It Tape and stamped the bridge image in Smoky Slate ink over the sun.  I sponged a little more Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral and Flirty Flamingo inks under the bridge to give the appearance of a reflection.  I cut the sunshine sentiment from Flirty Flamingo card stock with a die from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits dies set and adhered it with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue above the sponged area.

Wherever You Go 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sending sentiment from the Sunshine Wishes stamp set in Smoky Slate ink above the die cut and then adhered a dot from the 2016-2018 Enamel Shapes pack above the i.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Daffodil Delight card stock with SNAIL and then to a Calypso Coral card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Wherever You Go 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I inked the sun and bridge images from the Wherever You Go stamp set in Smoky Slate and Daffodil Delight inks, stamped them on scrap paper and then stamped them on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
