I used the Stampin’ Up! Mr. Funny Bones stamp set from the upcoming 2016 Holiday Catalog to create my card to share today.
My card design was inspired by Global Design Project 048.
I started by adhering a panel of Halloween Night Specialty DSP (available Sept 1) to a Pumpkin Pie card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I stamped the bones of the skeleton from the Mr. Funny Bones photopolymer stamp set (available Sept 1) in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Basic Gray card stock. I sprinkled the images with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them. I stamped the hat and cane images from the Mr. Funny Bones stamp set in Basic Black Archival ink on the panel and then stamped the dot image from the Halloween Scares stamp set (available Sept 1) several times in Basic Gray Archival ink around the edges.
I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment and pumpkin from the Mr. Funny Bones stamp set in Basic Black Archival ink on a strip of Whisper White card stock and then colored the pumpkin image with Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers.
I adhered the stamped sentiment panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock and then to the card front with SNAIL. I added three Pumpkin Pie enamel dots from the Halloween Night Enamel Dots pack (available Sept 1) to finish the card front.
I stamped the dot image from the Halloween Scares stamp set in Pumpkin Pie and Basic Gray inks on a Whisper White card stock panel. I stamped the pumpkin image from the Mr. Funny Bones stamp set in Pumpkin Pie ink on the same panel and then adhered it with SNAIL inside the card.

Lol…..well Amy K this is fabulous! Love it!
Thanks Linda! 🙂
What a great card!! I love it!! Did you stamp all of the bones and then emboss? Or did you stamp/emboss each bone individually? Well done!!
Thanks Elisha! I stamped about half of the bones and then embossed and finished the remaining bones and embossed them. You definitely don’t need to do them one at a time. 🙂
Thank you! I always hurry to emboss – I guess I can slow down a little:-).
Such a cute card. I have to go back and look as I don’t remember seeing that stamp set. We don’t celebrate Halloween as a rule but I do like that set and adorable card.
