Stampin’ Up! Lift Me Up for the Stamp to Share International Design Team

I’m very excited to take part in a brand new international blog hop with Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the world!  We’ll be hopping once a month and we’re going to all create projects using one stamp set bundle currently available from Stampin’ Up!.  This month we’re featuring the Lift Me Up bundle.  Here are my projects:

My first card was created using the Lift Me Up stamp set bundle and the Sunshine Sayings stamp set bundle.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sunshine Sayings stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel from the Cupcakes & Carousels DSP Stack.  I cut the sentiment from Bermuda Bay Glimmer Paper (from the Sale-a-bration exclusive Glimmer Assortment Paper Pack) with the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits Die and adhered it with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue under the stamped sentiment.

I stamped the two smaller balloons with the Life Me Up stamp set in Peekaboo Peach and Watemelon Wonder inks on Very Vanilla card stock.  I cut the balloons and a few clouds out with the matching Up & Away Thinlits Dies, sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the DSP panel.  I adhered the DSP panel to a panel of So Saffron card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the larger balloon pieces out with the Up & Away Thinlits Dies from Bermuda Bay, Peekaboo Peach, Calypso Coral and Early Espresso card stocks.  I adhered the pieces together with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added Rhinestone Basic Jewels across the card front to finish it.

My second project uses the Lift Me Up bundle, the Outdoor Adventure Framelits Dies and the Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies.  I started by creating the “mountain scene”.  I cut Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Pear Pizzazz card stocks with the Outdoor Adventure Framelits Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces to a panel of Soft Sky card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the cloud image from the Lift Me Up stamp set in Soft Sky ink twice on a panel of Whisper White card stock and cut them out with matching Up & Away Framelits die.  I stamped the balloon image in VersaMark ink on a panel of Daffodil Delight card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut ballon out with matching Up & Away Framelits die and adhered it to the Soft Sky panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut the window from Whisper White card stock with the Hearth & Home Thinlits Die and placed it on a panel of Fruit Sand DSP.  I drew pencil lines inside the window area and then cut the center of the panel out around the pencil lines with my Stampin’ Trimmer.  I stamped the sentiment on the DSP panel in Soft Suede ink and then adhered the die cut window frame over the cut out opening with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered Foam Adhesive Strips to the back of the DSP panel around the edges and window frame.  I peeled the backing off the strips around the window frame first and adhered the mountain scene behind the window area and then I adhered the entire panel to panel of Whisper White card stock with the Foam Adhesive Strips around the edges.  I adhered the panel to a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to finish it.
