I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful You and Mediterranean Moments stamp sets to create my card to share with you today.

My card design is loosely based on Freshly Made Sketches #280.

And my card also works for CAS-ual Fridays CFC170.

I started by stamping the image of the woman from the Beautiful You stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Shimmery White card stock.  Then I stamped the image again on a Post-It Note and snipped around it to create a mask.

I placed the Post-It Note mask over the stamped image on the Shimmery White card stock panel and then I stamped the image from the Mediterranean Moments stamp set in Soft Suede ink over it.  I removed the mask and then used an Aqua Painter with just water to “paint” over the background image to soften it a bit.

I used Calypso Coral, Pool Party, Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron inks and an Aqua Painter to add just a little color to the bike, door, greenery and windows on the background image.  Then I used Real Red and Pink Pirouette inks and an Aqua Painter to add color to the image of the woman.  I let the panel dry completely before proceeding.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful You stamp set in Early Espresso ink on the Shimmery White card stock panel and then adhered the panel to a panel of Real Red card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Soft Suede card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added a single Real Red enamel dot from the Brights Enamel Shapes pack to finish the card front.

I stamped the image from the Beautiful You stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Shimmery White card stock and then watercolored it with Real Red ink.  I let the panel dry completely and then adhered it inside the card base.
