I wanted to share a few more pictures with you the Thailand trip. We’ve safely arrived home and I’m catching up on the mountain of laundry as I type up this post. We really enjoyed our time there!
We visited an the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, which is a 20 acre park where elephants that were once used in trekking camps can roam freely and live happily for the remainder of their lives. It was really neat to see them in their natural habitat. We each got to feed the elephants a little treat of fruits and vegetables. They grabbed them and happily munched away!
Out for a little stroll.
And taking a little dip in their “pool”.
One of the pillow gifts was this awesome bag! Love that the bottom zips off and that it can be hooked onto my roller bag. Excellent for bringing home the new stamp sets that we got! 🙂
The final event was a yummy dinner at The Blue Elephant.
The historic Blue Elephant was open for tours.
We were treated to a little music while we ate too!
The final pillow gifts were a pretty elephant necklace and a stunning hand painted jar.
My husband and daughter spent Saturday morning out on the little sailboat in the lagoon and then made their way to the lazy river pool to cool off. We packed up Saturday afternoon and then headed off to the airport that evening for our long flights home.
Hope that you enjoyed seeing the final pictures from our trip. We had a great time in Thailand and we’re already looking forward to our Alaskan Cruise next summer!
I’ll be back a little later than normal with my card share tomorrow. I’m taking part in an international blog hop that will go live in the afternoon rather than my normal morning post. See you all then!

I’ve lots to catch up on myself. No laundry yet though, that will be next week! Boy Scout stinky laundry, lol! Trying to get my son out the door, husband left few days ago. One down, one to go! Then just us girls 😁
Ha! Have fun doing your laundry! And enjoy your girl time! 🙂
Thanks for sharing. I love the fact that the elephants can now be free to roam. Barb

I love that too! So much better than those elephants that are being forced to work to entertain tourists! 🙂
