I used the Stampin’ Up! Spooky Cat stamp set bundle and some of the Spooky Night DSP from the upcoming Holiday Catalog to create a clean and simple Halloween card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Reverse Confetti Sketch #51.

I started by embossing a panel of Very Vanilla card stock with the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder.  Then I lightly sponged the panel with Pumpkin Pie ink.  I adhered the embossed panel to a Thick Very Vanilla card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered a panel from the Spooky Night DSP (available Sept 1) to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL, then I added another small strip of that DSP over it.  I wrapped a strand of Basic Black Solid Baker’s Twine around the panel, tied a bow and then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Spooky Cat photopolymer stamp set (available Sept 1) in Basic Black ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock and I cut it out with a Stitched Shapes Framelits die.  I punched one of cats from the Spooky Night DSP out with the Cat Punch and I adhered it with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the die cut oval.  I adhered the oval to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Black Rhinestone Jewels (available Sept 1) to finish the card front.

I added a strip of the Spooky Night DSP to a Very Vanilla panel inside the card to finish it.
