Stampin’ Up! Alaska Trip Achievers Blog Hop – Half Full Birthday Card

Welcome to the Alaska Incentive Trip Achievers Blog Hop for October 2017! This is the first month and our theme is “anything goes”.  We have so many amazing ideas for using your Stampin’ Up! products and want to make sure you get to see them so that you can get some ideas on how to use your awesome products!

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects.  At the moment you are visiting Amy Koenders in Atlanta, GA USA.

Here is the project that I am sharing with you today.  I used the Half Full stamp set to create a fun birthday card.

I started by stamping the images from the Half Full stamp set in Soft Suede ink across a panel of Crumb Cake card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL and then to a Rich Razzleberry card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment tag from the Half Full stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock, allowed it to dry completely and then colored the grapes with the light and dark Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers (available November 1).  I punched the top of the tag with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, then pulled strands of Fresh Fig 1/2″ Finely Woven Ribbon and Old Olive 1/8″ Sheer Ribbon through the tag hole.  I tied the ribbons in place with Linen Thread.

I stamped the leaf images from the Painted Harvest photopolymer stamp set in Old Olive ink on a panel of Old Olive card stock, punched them out with the Leaf Punch and then adhered them under the tag with Glue Dots.  I added some random Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Feather Together photopolymer stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink on a Very Vanilla card stock panel.  I inked the wine glass image from the Half Full stamp set in Soft Suede ink, stamped it on scrap paper twice, then stamped it under the sentiment to finish the inside of the card.

Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don’t want to miss. Remember that currently you are at my blog, Amy Koenders, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next right here:
