I had some fun playing with the Stampin’ Up! Magical Day stamp set bundle while creating my card to share today.  I decided that it was a pink unicorn kind of day.  🙂

My card design was inspired by Sketch Saturday #499.

I started by adhering a panel from the Myths & Magic Specialty DSP to a panel of Pink Pirouette card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Bermuda Bay card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a banner end in a different panel from the Myths & Magic Specialty DSP with my Stampin’ Trimmer and I adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I punched the end of a panel of Pink Pirouette card stock with the Banner Triple Punch and then adhered it over the larger banner on the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Magical Day stamp set in Fresh Fig ink on a panel of Pool Party card stock and then cut around it with a Stitched Shapes Framelits Die.  I cut clouds with the border die from the Rainbow Builder Framelits Dies from a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I sponged the edges with Pool Party ink and then cut the two cloud die cuts with the same circle die from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies that I’d used on the Pool Party circle.  I adhered the clouds to the larger circle and then adhered the layered circle to the card front with SNAIL.

I stamped the sentiment from the Magical Day stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and cut the “magical” section out with the coordinating Magical Mates Framelits Die.  I adhered the banner to the die cut circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I stamped the unicorn image from the Magical Day stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and colored it with Light Pink Pirouette, Light Pool Party, Light Rich Razzleberry, Light Old Olive and Light Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out with coordinating Magical Mates Framelits Die and adhered it to the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the unicorn and sparkle images from the Magical Day stamp set in Bermuda Bay and Pool Party inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the cards.
