We are back with another Stamp to Share International Design Team Blog Hop with Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the world! This month we’re all making projects with the Amazing You stamp set and the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies. Here is my project:
I started by adding just water to a panel of Shimmery White card stock with an AquaPainter. Then I sprinkled a little bit of the Prussian Blue Brusho Colour Crystals on the panel and used my Aqua Painter to move the color around a bit. I sprinkled a little more Brusho over the wet card stock and then set it aside to dry completely.
Once the Shimmery White card stock panel was dry, I stamped the sunburst image from the Amazing You stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Dapper Denim ink twice on the panel. I adhered the Brusho panel to a panel of Dapper Denim card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered a strip of Sahara Sand and Dapper Denim card stock over the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I cut a panel of Gold Glimmer Paper with the die from the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies (Sale-a-bration item) and then I adhered the die cut sentiment over the card front with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhere the layered panel to the front of a Sahara Sand card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three gold enamel dots from the Metallic Enamel Shapes pack to finish it.
I stamped the sentiment from the Amazing You stamp set in Dapper Denim ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then inked the sunburst image, stamped it on scrap paper twice and then stamped it over the sentiment to finish the inside of the card.
