Happy Birthday Amy!!! My favorite cake is a cake that I used to get every year from the German Bakery at Toco Hills. It is a yellow layer cake (like 4 or 5 layers) with yummy chocolate frosting and flowers. Once I got married, I never got it unless my Mom got it for me or I got it for myself. My mom also got it sometimes for family Christmas gatherings as the Happy Birthday Jesus Cake! Sadly, that bakery is no longer open. Other treats that I like are brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ghiradelli chocolate square filled with caramel, plain M&Ms, and I’ve just discovered Caramel M&Ms. My first choice bundle is #5 and my second is #1, but any would be welcomed. Yay! Another year we get to enjoy you, Amy. Happy, happy birthday. While chocolate is always my first choice of anything, I really miss my mother’s birthday cakes, white cake with 7 minute fluffy frosting, and a pudding filling between the layers (homemade pudding, at that). Now it seems my husband thinks cherry pie is the thing (It’s HIS favorite), so he usually gets a frozen cherry pie for me to bake 🙂
