I used the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set and the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits Dies to create my card to share with you today.  I pulled out several of the new colors from the Subtles Color Collection in the upcoming 2018-19 Annual Catalog for the images.

My card design and the pink flamingo were inspired by SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge 43.

And the sunshine theme for my card was inspired by Inspire.Create.Challenge #018.

I started by stamping the largest flamingo image from the Fabulous Flamingo photopolymer stamp set in Petal Pink ink (available June 1) on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I inked the more solid body image from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Petal Pink ink, stamped it on scrap paper and stamped it over the original image.  I added the lined body and leg images from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Powder Pink over the other images.

I stamped the water and grass images from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Balmy Blue and Soft Sea Foam inks (both available June 1) around the bird and then added the palm images in Mint Macaron ink (available June 1).  I stamped the “sun” image with the circle from the Wood Words stamp set in So Saffron ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the Sunshine Sayings stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on the lower right and the adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Mint Macaron card stock with SNAIL.

I cut the sentiment from So Saffron card stock with one of the dies from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits Dies and then adhered it to the Whisper White card stock panel with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the layered panel to a Powder Pink card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.

I stamped the palm images from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Mint Macaron ink across the top of a Whisper White card stock panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Mint Macaron card stock and then to the inside of the card base with SNAIL.
