Stampin’ Up! Humming Along for the Ink It! Stamp It! Design Team Blog Hop

Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop!  This is a group of amazing stampers so be sure to hop through the full line up below so that you can see all of the projects!  This month we are showcasing Stampin’ Up! Occasions and Sale-a-bration products and I’ve used the Humming Along stamp set bundle for my card.

I started by adhering a panel of Petal Pink DSP from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to a panel of Petal Pink card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Soft Sea Foam card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I cut a panel of Whisper White card stock twice with one of the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies and I adhered the die cuts to the DSP panel with SNAIL.

I stamped the bird and flower images from the Humming Along stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then used Light and Dark Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack Markers and the Light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker to color the images.  I cut them out with the coordinating Hummingbird Framelits Dies and then adhered the images with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Humming Along stamp set in Soft Sea Foam ink on a panel of Soft Sea Foam card stock and then cut it out with the sentiment die from the Hummingbird Framelits Dies.  I adhered the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added one of the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Picture Perfect Birthday photopolymer stamp set in Petal Pink ink and the leaf from the Humming Along stamp set in Soft Sea Foam ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the leaf with the Light Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Marker to finish the inside of the card.

  7. Very feminine, very pretty. Love your coloring! I thought you said you can’t color. Oh, wait, it is fussy cutting you can’t do! LOL
    This is such a lovely stamp set and pretty much overlooked IMHO.
