My Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin’ Up! arrived earlier this week and I dug right in! The kit is called Poppin’ Birthday and it contained everything needed to create eight full-size A2 cards with preprinted envelopes!
The kit had a Poppy Parade ink spot, the Poppin’ Birthday photopolymer stamp set as well as a bonus stamp set with numbers and a balloon image that coordinated with the kit!
Love the polka dots on the numbers! So cute!
This is one of the two cards that the kit made. I did change up the design just a little. Since I wasn’t sure who I would be sending these cards to, I didn’t want to put the die cut numbers that came with the kit on the card fronts. Instead, I used the bonus stamp set to stamp balloons in Bermuda Bay ink on Whisper White card stock and then I punched them out with the Bouquet Punch before adhering them to the card front. I also added the confetti image in Daffodil Delight on the sentiment banner.
I love the fun pop-ups inside the card!
I changed up the design for this card by adding the balloon and one of the die cut party hats as well as one of the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets rather than adding the year die cuts.
But I assembled the cute inside just as the instructions showed.
