Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “feminine” theme and I’m featuring the Beautiful Bouquet and Strong & Beautiful stamp sets for my Mother’s Day project.

My card design was loosely inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 431.

The flowers on my card were inspired by The Card Concept #112.  Mine fits the clean & layered concept.

I started by adhering a panel from the Floral Romance Specialty DSP to a panel of Sahara Sand card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Petal Pink card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the stems, wrap and leaves from Pear Pizzazz, Sahara Sand and Mossy Meadow card stocks with dies from the Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies and then adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card front.  I stamped the flowers from the Beautiful Bouquet photopolymer stamp set in Petal Pink and Fresh Fig inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock and cut them out with the coordinating die from the Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies.  I adhered the flowers with Glue Dots to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set in Fresh Fig ink on a strip of Whisper White card stock and then punched the end with the Banner Triple Punch.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Faceted Dots around the die cuts to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set and the flower images from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set in Fresh Fig, Petal Pink and Pear Pizzazz inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
