I used the Stampin’ Up! Floral Essence stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2019-2020 Annual Catalog and the Celebrate You Thinlits dies to create a quick card to share with you today. I did a video tutorial for making this card on my Facebook page yesterday. I’ve also uploaded it to my YouTube Channel so you can view it there too!
My card was inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments #313. Specifically the image on the lower left.
I started by adhering a panel from the Wood Textures DSP Stack to a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock with SNAIL. Then I stamped the flower image from the Floral Essence photopolymer stamp set six times in Grapefruit Grove ink on a panel of Grapefruit Grove card stock. I punched the flowers out with the Perennial Flower Punch and adhered them together and to the card front with Glue Dots.
I stamped the leaf images from the Floral Essence stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink four times on a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock and punched them out with the Leaf Punch. I snipped the stems a bit and adhered the leaves with Glue Dots to the card front. I cut the sentiment and branches from Champagne Foil Sheets with the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies and Foliage Frame Framelits Dies. I adhered the sentiment with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the branches with Glue Dots.
I adhered the Perennial Essence Floral Centers (available June 4) to the centers of the flowers and then adhered the panel to a Grapefruit Grove card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.
I stamped the sentiment from the Picture Perfect Birthday photopolymer stamp set in Grapefruit Grove ink and the flower images from the Floral Essence stamp set in Grapefruit Grove, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green inks on a Whisper White card stock panel to finish the inside of the card.
