Stampin’ Up! Painted Harvest So Thankful Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Harvest and Beauty & Joy stamp sets to create a fall card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC211.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

My card design was inspired by SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge #59.

I started by embossing a panel of Early Espresso card stock with the Subtle Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Garden Green card stock with SNAIL and then to a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel from the Come To Gather DSP at an angle and then adhered it to the Early Espresso panel with SNAIL.  I stamped the sunflower image from the Painted Harvest photopolymer stamp set in Crushed Curry, Terracotta Tile and Early Espresso inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I cut around the image with one of the Stitched Shapes Dies and then wound some Linen Thread in loops and adhered it to the back with Glue Dots.  I adhered the die cut image with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the leaf images from the Painted Harvest stamp set in Garden Green and Shaded Spruce inks three times on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then punched them out with the Leaf Punch.  I adhered the leaf punches with Glue Dots to the card front.  I stamped the sentiment from the Beauty & Joy stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock, cut it out with a Stitched Rectangle Die and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels around the card front to finish it.

I stamped the images from the Painted Harvest stamp set in Crushed Curry, Terracotta Tile, Early Espresso, Garden Green and Shaded Spruce inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies needed to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.
