Stampin’ Up! Harvest Hellos For the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “Halloween Fun” theme and I’m featuring the Harvest Hellos stamp set bundle for my card.

My card design was loosely inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #453.

I started by adhering a panel of Pumpkin Pie DSP from the Regals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with SNAIL to a panel of Pumpkin Pie card stock.  I used the polka dot mask from the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and a Stamping Sponge to add Old Olive ink to a panel of Old Olive card stock.  I adhered the sponged panel to a panel of Pumpkin Pie card stock and then to the larger panel with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Pumpkin Pie card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the pumpkin images from the Harvest Hellos stamp set in Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the images with Light and Dark Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers and then punched the pumpkin and stem out with the Apple Builder Punch and snipped the leaf with Paper Snips.  I stamped the pumpkin face in Tuxedo Black Memento ink over the pumpkin image before adhering the pumpkin pieces together with Glue Dots and to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Harvest Hellos stamp set in Pumpkin Pie ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then punched the end with the Banner Triple Punch.  I adhered looped Linen Thread to the back of the sentiment banner with a Glue Dot and then adhered the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three of the Pumpkin Pie rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the To Every Season photopolymer stamp set in Pumpkin Pie ink and then added a strip of sponged Old Olive card stock that I’d trimmed from the panel for the front to finish the inside of the card.
