Stampin’ Up! Harvest Hellos for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “giving thanks” theme and I’m featuring the Harvest Hellos stamp set bundle for my card.

My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 457.

I started by adhering a panel of Come To Gather DSP to a panel of Early Espresso card stock with SNAIL.  I cut a panel of Early Espresso card stock with one of the Stitched Be Mine Dies and then adhered the die cut panel to the edge of another panel of Come To Gather DSP with SNAIL.  I adhered the DSP panel to the Early Espresso card stock panel with SNAIL.

I cut a panel of Whisper White card stock with a Stitched Shapes Die and then adhered it to a scalloped circle that I’d cut from Pretty Peacock card stock with one of the Layering Circles Dies with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered circles to the DSP panel with SNAIL and then adhered the layered card front to a Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the apple images and sentiment from the Harvest Hellos stamp set in VersaMark ink on panels of Real Red, Garden Green and Early Espresso card stocks.  I sprinkled the images with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them and then punched the images out with the Apple Builder Punch.  I adhered the apple pieces together with Glue Dots and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered one of the Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots to the apple to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of the Come To Gather DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

    • Thanks Karen! I actually forgot that I had it too until I went digging through my dies for a scalloped edge! 🙂

  1. You take CAS to a new art form like no other! I love this but I would never think to combine those colors or use those dies. TFS so I can be envious of your talent!
