I used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Poppies stamp set to create a clean and simple sympathy card to share with you today.

I started by embossing a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder (Sale-a-bration item – Power of Hope Bundle) and the 3D Embossing Folder Plate.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the flower image from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Gray Granite ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the image with Light and Dark Poppy Parade and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers Combo Packs and then stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Basic Gray ink next to the flower.  I inked and stamped off the splatter image from the Painted Poppies stamp set in Gray Granite ink and then stamped it over the flower image twice.

I cut the image out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered it with SNAIL to a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then colored a Rhinestone Basic Jewel with the Dark Basic Black Stampin’ Blends Marker before adhering it next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Kindness & Compassion stamp set in Basic Gray ink and added the flower from the Painted Poppies stamp set (stamped off once) in Gray Granite ink to finish the inside of the card.
