Stampin’ Up! Rise & Shine for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Rise & Shine stamp set and the Cup Of Cheer Dies to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and here is what I created for it.

We’ve actually got two sets of colors this week…we started with one and then switched it last minute, so some of us used So Saffron, Bermuda Bay and Calypso Coral and some of us used Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay.  So you’ll see both color combinations as you hop through today!

OR

I started by stamping the images from the Rise & Shine photopolymer stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Lovely Lipstick ink on a panel of Lovely Lipstick card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel and a strip of the Pleased As Punch DSP to a Whisper White card stock panel with SNAIL.

I stamped the sentiments from the Rise & Shine stamp set in Granny Apple Green and Lovely Lipstick inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I cut a second rectangle with that same die and adhered the die cuts to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the cup and flower images from the Rise & Shine stamp set in in Bermuda Bay and Lovely Lipstick inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I cut the image out with the coordinating Cup of Cheer Dies.

I cut a panel of Champagne Foil Sheets with one of the Parisian Dies and then adhered the die cut to the back of the cup with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I used the Dimensionals to adhere the cup to the panel and added one of the Glitter Enamel Dots to the flower center.  I adhered the layered panel to a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then adhered the card front to a Lovely Lipstick card base with SNAIL to finish the card front.

I stamped the cup, sentiment and steam images from the Rise & Shine stamp set in Lovely Lipstick, Bermuda Bay and Gray Granite inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.
