Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop! This is a group of amazing stampers from all over the world so be sure to hop through the full line up below so that you can see all of the projects!  This month we are showcasing  Stampin’ Up! projects with a thank you theme and I’ve used the Witty-Cisms stamp set for my project.

I started by embossing a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder and the 3D Embossing Folder Plate.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel of Real Red DSP from the Regals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the die cut rectangle with SNAIL to the card front.

I punched the ends of a strip of Granny Apple Green card stock with the Banner Triple Punch and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  Then I stamped the image from the Witty-Cisms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored it with the Light and Dark Real Red, Pineapple Punch and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack Markers.  I used the Color Lifter to remove some of the color in the “reflection” spot.

I cut the sentiment out with one of Stitched Shapes Dies and adhered it to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL and the to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added three Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Real Red DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
