I used the Stampin’ Up! Colorful Seasons stamp set and the Ornate Layers Dies to create a quick card to share with you today.  I did a video tutorial for making this card on my Facebook page yesterday.  I’ve also uploaded it to my YouTube Channel so you can view it there too!

My card design was loosely inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch 366.

I started by embossing a panel of Poppy Parade card stock with the Subtle Embossing Folder and the 3D Embossing Folder Plate.   I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Poppy Parade card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut panels of Peaceful Poppies DSP with the Ornate Layers Dies and adhered them with SNAIL to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Colorful Seasons photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut it out with one of the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I colored the poppy and leaf from the Peaceful Poppies Elements with Poppy Parade and Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers and then blended them a little with Wink of Stella before adhering them to the card front with Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.   I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I  adhered a strip of Peaceful Poppies DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL to finish the inside of the card.
