I used the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical stamp set and some of the Tropical Oasis DSP and Tropical Oasis Memories & More Card Pack cards to create a quick birthday card for the Fab Friday sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Fab Friday 187.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blot to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel of Tropical Oasis DSP to a panel of Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Lovely Lipstick card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut one of the Tropical Oasis Memories & More Card Pack cards with one of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies.  I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with SNAIL.  Then I adhered a small length of 5/16″ Braided Burlap Trim to the card front in a “z” with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the sentiment over the trim with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then added a strip trimmed from the Tropical Oasis Memories & More Card Pack cards to the panel to finish the inside of the card.
