Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Thank You Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn stamp set bundle from the upcoming August-December 2020 Mini Catalog to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by cutting a panel of Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP (available Aug 4) with one of the Stitched Rectangles Dies.  Then I adhered the die cut panel to the front of an Early Espresso card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Then I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn photopolymer stamp set (available Aug 4) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock.  I sprinkled the image with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the image out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the leaf images from the Beautiful Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso and Cajun Craze (stamped off once) inks three times on Very Vanilla card stock.  I punched the leaves out with one of the Autumn Punch Pack punches (available Aug 4) and adhered them to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots.  I added three gold pearls from the Metallic Pearls pack to finish the card front.

I stamped the leaf outline image from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.

  1. Love the colors in the card and I know the bundle is going to be amazing. Can’t wait on the new catalog to come out.
