I used the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane stamp set to create my card for the Fab Friday color challenge this week. I did a little CASEing from the catalog for this card design!
Here are the colors for Fab Friday 202. Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!
I started by embossing a panel of Cinnamon Cider card stock with the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder. Then I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Cinnamon Cider card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Flowers For Every Season 6″ x 6″ DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I cut a panel of Whisper White card stock with the same die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then stamped the flower, stem and leaf images from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Mint Macaron ink. I inked the image Comfort & Hope stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it along the edges of the die cut panel. I wrapped a strand of Bumblebee 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon around the die cut panel, tied a small knot and then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the large daisy image twice and medium daisy image once from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Bumblebee ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and punched them out with the coordinating Daisy Punch and Medium Daisy Punch. I adhered the daisy punches together with Glue Dots and then colored the center of the top daisy with a Light Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends Marker. I adhered the layered daisy to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I colored seven Rhinestone Basic Jewels with the Dark Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blends Marker and adhered the gems to the flower center. I stamped the sentiment from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink on a panel of Mint Macaron card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I snipped the end off the die cut and adhered it under the daisy image with Stampin’ Seal to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of the Flowers For Every Season DSP to the bottom of a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

Very pretty card!! I love this stamp set and punches.
Thanks Pam! 🙂
Ah, how refreshing to see something other than a Christmas card! Love the daisy and layered papers. We can all use a smile these days! TFS
Thanks Susan! It was fun making a non-holiday card too! 🙂
This is very pretty, Amy. I don’t think I’ve ever CASEd anything from the catalog. I must get it out and see if I can do it AND while I’m looking through the AC, I’ll see if I want to take advantage of 11/24!
That sounds like a great plan Karen! Happy shopping! 🙂
