I used the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery stamp set to create a clean and simple card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.
Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC248. Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!
I started by adhering a panel of Night Of Navy DSP from the Neutrals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to the front of a Night Of Navy card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of White Vellum card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat embossed it.
I cut around the sentiment with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I cut a panel of Fine Art Floral DSP with another of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered the two die cut panels together with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Seal placed under the DSP so that it didn’t show through the vellum layer.
I adhered three Night Of Navy rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels pack to the left of the sentiment to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set in Night Of Navy ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I adhered a strip of Night Of Navy DSP and a strip of Fine Art Floral DSP to the bottom of the panel to finish the card front.
