Stampin’ Up! Snailed It Hello Card

I used the sweet Snailed It stamp set bundle from Stampin’ Up! to create a fun hello card to share with you today.

My card design was loosely inspired by by As You See It Challenge #242.

I started by cutting a panel from the Snail Mail DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I adhered the die cut panel to the front of a Pool Party card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I cut a scalloped square from Basic White card stock with one of the SNAIL Dies and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the mushroom image from the Snailed It stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the image with Light and Dark Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out with the coordinating Snail Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.  I cut one of the snails from the Snail Mail DSP with one of the coordinating SNAIL Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I cut two panels of Snail Mail DSP with the envelope die from the Snail Dies and then adhered them together with Glue Dots and to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I stamped the sentiment from the Snailed It stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with the stitched rectangular die from the Snail Dies.  I adhered the sentiment inside the open envelope with a Glue Dot and then added Resin Hearts to both envelopes to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of the Snail Mail DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
