I used the Stampin’ Up! Wrapped Bouquet stamp set bundle to create a Mother’s Day card to share with you today. I also a video tutorial for this project and you can see it on my YouTube channel here.
I started by cutting a panel of Fine Art Floral DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered the die cut panel to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal. Then I cut another pane of the Fine Art Floral DSP with one of the smaller Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I layered one of the Square Vellum Doilies over the DSP panels and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal in areas where the adhesive would be hidden by the die cut layers.
I stamped the flower image from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Petal Pink, Pool Party and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends. I cut the image out with the coordinating Wrapped Flowers Dies. I cut a panel of Basic White card stock and a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock with dies from the Wrapped Flowers Dies. I adhered the Pear Pizzazz die cuts to the back of the flower image with Glue Dots and then stamped the newsprint image from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set in Smoky Slate ink on the Basic White die cut. I wrapped the die cut newspaper around the flowers and adhered it with Glue Dots and then wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the die cuts and tied a bow. I adhered the die cut flowers to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Petal Pink card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel and then adhered the layered panel to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.
I stamped the sentiment and flower image from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set in Petal Pink and Smoky Slate inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
