Stampin’ Up! Forever And Always You Are An Inspiration Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Forever And Always stamp set bundle and the Dragonfly Garden stamp set to create my card to share with you today.

Stampin' Up! Forever And Always You Are An Inspiration Card

My card design was loosely inspired by CAS Colours & Sketches #415.

I started by adhering a panel of the True Love DSP to a panel of Basic Black card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to the front of a Basic Black card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Forever And Always stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.

I colored the floral images with Light and So Saffron, Dark Pale Papaya (available May 4) and Soft Succulent (available May 4) Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the stamped images out with the coordinating dies from the Always Dies and adhered them to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic Black card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies (available May 4) and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added three of the Genial Gems (available May 4) to finish the card front.
