I used the Stampin’ Up! Vine Design stamp set and the cut What A Year Memories & More Card Pack cards from the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog to create a quick birthday card to share with your today. I did a video tutorial for this card on my Facebook page here and you can also see it on my YouTube channel here.
The CAS birthday theme for my card was inspired by The Paper Players PP537.
I started by cutting down one of the cards from the What A Year Memories & More Card Pack (available May 4) cards and then adhering it to the front of a Poppy Parade card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I trimmed another What A Year Memories & More Card Pack card down and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to a panel of Poppy Parade card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the sentiment from the Vine Design stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, sprinkled it with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder (available May 4) and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies (available May 4).
I adhered loops of the Simply Elegant Trim (available May 4) with Mini Glue Dots to the back of the sentiment die cut and then adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added one of the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sentiment to finish the card front.
I adhered one of the pieces that I’d trimmed from the What A Year Memories & More Card Pack card on the front to a panel of Basic White card stock and then added one of the stickers from the card pack to finish the inside of the card.
