I used the Stampin’ Up! Sweets & Treats stamp set to create a birthday card to share with you today.
I started by adhering a panel of Pattern Party DSP (host exclusive item) to the front of a Basic Black card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered a panel of Heartwarming Hugs DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a strand of Black & White 1/4″ Gingham Ribbon around the card front and tied a bow.
I stamped the plate, dome, pie and heart images from the Sweets & Treats stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I colored the images with Light and Dark Real Red, Smoky Slate and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.
I punched the ends of strips of Heartwarming Hugs DSP and Basic White card stock with the Banners Pick A Punch. I stamped the sentiment from the Sweets & Treats stamp set in Real Red ink on the Basic White banner and then adhered both banners with Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I added three Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card font.
I stamped the sentiment from the Happiest Of Birthdays stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Pattern Party DSP to finish the inside of the card.
