I used the cute Stampin’ Up! Happy Holly-Days stamp set bundle to create a Christmas card to share with you today.
I started by punching the bottom of panel of Heartwarming Hugs DSP with the Holly Border Punch and then adhered the panel to a panel of Shaded Spruce card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the layered panel and tied a bow, then adhered the layered panel to the front of a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Then I stamped the bird image and holly images from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I colored the bird and holly images with Light and Dark Real Red, Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the bird out with one of the label dies from the Season Labels Dies. I adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. Then I snipped out the holly image and adhered it with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Shaded Spruce card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Picture This Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front. I adhered a Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the sentiment to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Heartwarming Hugs DSP to finish the inside of the card.
