Stampin’ Up! Wildflower Path Thank You Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Wildflower Path stamp set to create a clean and simple thank you card to share with you today.

Stampin' Up! Wildflower Path Thank You Card

The colors for my card were inspired by The Paper Players PP578.

I started by adhering a panel of So Saffron DSP from the Sutbles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to a So Saffron card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I stamped the images from the Wildflower Path photopolymer stamp set in Mint Macaron, Bermuda Bay and So Saffron inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.

I cut the stamped panel with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  Then I slid the die down about 1-1/4″ from the top of the die cut and cut the panel again to create a square.  I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I cut a panel of Hand-Penned DSP with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies.  I snipped the die cut in half and then adhered the two pieces to the card front with Stampin’ Seal so that they were about 1/4″ apart.

I stamped the sentiment from the Wildflower Path stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the openings in the Messages Die and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered three Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of So Saffron DSP from the Subtles DSP pack to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

  1. Love this, Amy! That pretty plaid is a perfect background for your wildflowers, and I love the way you created the sentiment panel! Thanks for playing with my colors this week at the Players!

  2. Just love those beautiful blooms Amy! Thanks for sharing at The Paper Players, so happy you joined us this week!

  3. So soft and pretty Amy. I love that you used the Saffron as the main color and then the touches of the blues/greens as the high lights. So glad you shared this beauty with us at the Paper Players
