I used the Stampin’ Up! Flowing Flowers stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.
Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:
I started by stamping the large flower image from the Flowing Flowers stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink twice on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I inked the leafy half of the smaller flower image in Granny Apple Green ink and I stamped it over both of the larger flower images.
I embossed the stamped panel with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered it to a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Flowing Flowers stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Highland Heather card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.
I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added three Pearl Basic Jewels around the sentiment and stamped images to finish the card front.
I stamped the larger flower image from the Flowing Flowers stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink and the leafy half of the smaller flower image in Granny Apple Green ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
