Stampin’ Up! Picturesque Hello Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Picturesque stamp set from the upcoming January-June 2023 Mini Catalog to create a quick card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Stampin' Up! Picturesque Hello Card

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC299.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by embossing a panel of So Saffron card stock with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the front of a So Saffron card base.  Then I stamped the larger “lake look” image from the Picturesque photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 5) in So Saffron ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.

Then I stamped the tree line image from the Picturesque stamp set in Early Espresso ink on the panel and I stamped the second tree line image in Rich Razzleberry ink (stamped off once for one of the images) two times on the panel.  I added the mountain image in Calypso Coral ink (stamping a second time without reinking) and then stamped the birds in Early Espresso ink.  I cut around the images with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then added So Saffron ink around the edges and across the top with a Blending Brush.

I adhered the die cut panel to a panel of Early Espresso card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the layered panel twice and I tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment from the Picturesque stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, cut around it with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the tree line and bird images from the Picturesque stamp set in Rich Razzleberry (stamped a second time without reinking) and Early Espresso inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
