I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Balloons stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2023-2024 Annual Catalog to create my card to share with you today.   I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.

I started by stamping the streamer image from the Beautiful Balloons photopolymer stamp set (available May 2) in Bubble Bath and Lemon Lolly inks (available May 2) on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I stamped the balloon images in Azure Afternoon, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Lost Lagoon inks (available May 2) on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut them out with the Beautiful Balloons Dies.

I placed the balloon die cuts on a panel of Basic White card stock and then used the location to stamp the balloon string images in Gray Granite ink on the Basic White panel.  I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on the Basic White panel.  I adhered the balloon die cuts with Mini Glue Dots to the panel and then cut a panel of Bright & Beautiful 6″ x 6″ DSP (available May 2) with one of the dies from the Beautiful Balloons Dies.  I adhered the die cut DSP panel to the back of the Basic White panel with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the Basic White panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three of the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and balloon images from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set in Lost Lagoon, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist, Azure Afternoon and Gray Granite inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.
