I used the Stampin’ Up! Petal Park stamp set to create a quick congratulations card to share with you today.  I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.

My card design was inspired by The Paper Players PP646.

The colors for my card were inspired by the floral image on the lower left for Hand Stamped Sentiments #417.

I started by stamping the outline leaf image from the Petal Park photopolymer stamp set in Garden Green ink twice on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I stamped the fill-in leaf image from the Petal Park stamp set in Soft Sea Foam ink over the lined images.  Then I stamped the lined flower image from the Petal Park stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink twice around the leaves.  I inked the fill-in flower images with Flirty Flamingo ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it over the lined images.

I embossed the stamped panel with the crosshatch embossing folder from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a small length of Starry Sky 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves photopolymer stamp set in Starry Sky ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three 2022-2024 In Color Pearls to finish the card front.

I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Petal Park stamp set in Garden Green, Soft Sea Foam and Flirty Flamingo ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
