Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop! Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are all creating projects with a “Giving Thanks” theme and I’m featuring the Irresistible Blooms stamp set bundle for my card.
I started by adhering a panel of Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ DSP to a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered a small strip of Gold Foil Sheets to the DSP layer with Stampin’ Seal. I added another layer of Garden Walk DSP with Stampin’ Seal to the panel and then adhered the layered panel to the Poppy Parade card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered a length of Gold & Vanilla 3/8″ Satin Edged Ribbon in a wide “z” with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.
Then I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Irresistible stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it. I stamped one of the frames from the Heartfelt Hexagon photopolymer stamp set in Pretty Peacock in around the sentiment and then punched the image out with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the leaf images from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Garden Green ink on a panel of Garden Green card stock and the flower images in Poppy Parade ink on Poppy Parade card stock. I cut the flowers and leaves out with the coordinating Irresistible Blooms Dies (Online Exclusive item) and adhered them with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots to the card front. I added three Blooming Pearls to finish the card front.
I stamped the flower images form the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
