Stampin’ Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Stars At Night stamp set bundle and the Night Divine stamp set to create a quick Christmas card and coordinating tag to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

Stampin' Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag

My tag works for The Paper Players Challenge PP667.

I started by stamping one of the small star images from the Stars At Night photopolymer stamp set (retiring Jan 3) in Blueberry Bushel ink across a panel of Winter Meadow DSP.  Then I cut the starburst image from the DSP panel with one of the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder dies (retiring Jan 3, on sale for 30% off).  I adhered a small piece of Silver Foil Specialty Paper (Online Exclusive item) with Mini Glue Dots to the back of the DSP panel to cover the opening.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a panel of Blueberry Bushel card stock and then to a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag

I cut panels of Silver Foil Sheets and Basic White card stock with the Stars At Night Hybrid Embossing Folder dies.  I adhered the larger star die cuts together with Mini Glue Dots and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the smaller stars with Multipurpose Liquid Glue around the large star.

Stampin' Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag

I stamped the sentiment from the Night Divine stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Balmy Blue card stock, sprinkled it with silver embossing powder from the Metallics Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Wonderful Thoughts Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag

I stamped the sentiment and star images from the Stars At Night stamp set in Blueberry Bushel and Smoky Slate inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Stars At Night Christmas Card & Tag

I stamped the sentiment from the Stars At Night stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Winter Meadow DSP, sprinkled it with silver embossing powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with  one of the Tailor Made Tags Dies and then stamped the small star image from the Stars At Night stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink across the tag.  I layered the stars with the same die cuts that I’d used on the card and adhered them with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the tag.  I cut a tag reinforcer with one of the Tailor Made Tags Dies from Blueberry Bushel card stock and adhered it to the top of the tag with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I pulled a length of Silver & White 1/2″ Sheer Ribbon through the tag opening to finish the tag.
