Stampin’ Up! Hot Air Balloon Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hot Air Ballon stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Hot Air Balloon Birthday Card

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of Lighter Than Air 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered another strip of Lighter Than Air DSP to a strip of Basic White card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered a square panel of Lighter Than Air DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock and then to a panel of Balmy Blue card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Hot Air Balloon photopolymer stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Everyday Details Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two of the Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.
