I used the Stampin’ Up! Encircled In Nature stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

As this post goes live, I’ll be flying to Houston to hang out with team members and stamping friends at the OnStage event.  Can’t wait to get there, let the fun begin!!

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to the front of a Crumb Cake with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I stamped the wreath image from the Encircled In Nature photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock.  I used the Encircled In Nature Dies (Online Exclusive item) to cut the center of the wreath out and then embossed the panel with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.

I stamped the tree image from the Encircled In Nature stamp set once in Shaded Spruce and once in Pretty Peacock inks on a panel of Pool Party card stock.  Then I adhered the stamped panel to the back of the Crumb Cake panel with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut panels of Pretty Peacock and Shaded Spruce card stocks with the two tree dies from the Encircled In Nature Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Happy Little Things Dies (Online Exclusive item restocking around March 25).  I adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two of the Pretty Peacock dots from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems to finish the card front.

I stamped the tree image from the Encircled In Nature stamp set in Shaded Spruce and Pretty Peacock inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
