Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes Thank You Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2024-2025 Annual Catalog to create a thank you card to share with you today.

Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC332.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by inking the larger starfish and dots images from the Seaside Wishes stamp set (available May 1) in Basic Beige ink (available May 1), stamped it on scrap paper and then stamping it across a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I inked the smaller starfish image from the Seaside Wishes stamp set image in Crumb Cake ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it across the Basic White card stock panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Beige card stock (available May 1) with Stampin’ Seal and then to a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sand dollar images from the Seaside Wishes stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a panel of Basic Beige card stock.  Then I used the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder (available May 1) to cut and emboss the sand dollar images.  I cut a panel of Soft Sea Foam card stock with the seaweed dies from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder.  I adhered the larger sand dollar and seaweed images to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I adhered the smaller sand dollar with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Seaside Wishes stamp set in VersaMark ink, sprinkled it with black embossing powder (returning fall 2024) and then heat embossed it.  I punched the end of the sentiment strip with the Banners Pick A Punch (retiring April 30) and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls to finish the card front.

I stamped the sand dollar, starfish and dots images from the Seaside Wishes stamp set in Crumb Cake and Basic Beige inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

  1. Fantastic!! I am a sucker for beachy cards!! Your soft color combo really gives that beachy relaxing feel…love it!! Such great inspiration for those who decide to play along with our new “reflections” sketch challenge over @ Sunday Stamps!! #SSC332

  2. Love your cards, Amy! They are beautiful, but also doable. I am afraid this will now move up to my “Need it Now!” list when the items are available to me! Too many things on that list!
