I used the Stampin’ Up! Hearts & Hugs stamp set bundle to create a fun birthday card to share with you today.  I’m waving hello from Italy!  We’ve landed safely and I have no idea what day or time it is and all that I want to do is go to bed…but I know that I shouldn’t!

I’m playing along with the Inspire.Create.Challenges #166.  This card has new In Colors, a new stamp set and new designer paper!

My card design also works for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge #TTTC246.  I went from upper left to lower right and straight across the bottom.

I started by cutting a 3″ x 4-1/4″ panel of Unbounded Beauty DSP (available May 1) in to four pieces.  I flipped two of the panels over and then adhered the DSP pieces to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Petunia Pop card base (card stock available May 1) with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Everyday Details Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the critter image from the Hearts & Hugs stamp set (available May 1) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  I colored the image with the Light and Dark Crumb Cake and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out with the coordinating die from the Hearts & Hugs Dies (available May 1) and then adhered the critter to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Hearts & Hugs stamp set in Petunia Pop ink (available May 1) on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I cut another panel of Unbounded Beauty DSP with the same die, adhered the die cuts together with Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added two of the Petunia Pop gems from the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (available May 1) to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Unbounded Beauty DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
