Stampin’ Up! Hearts & Hugs Birthday Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate summer” theme and I’m featuring the Hearts & Hugs stamp set bundle for my card.

Stampin' Up! Hearts & Hugs Birthday Card

I borrowed a little inspiration to for this card from a cute project in the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog!  I started by adhering three panels of Peach Pie DSP from the 2024-2026 In Color DSP pack to the front of a Peach Pie card base with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with the heart arch die from the Hearts & Hugs Dies and then I added a little Lemon Lolly ink with a Blending Brush to the panel.

I adhered the die cut panel to a panel of Peach Pie card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut panels of Garden Green, Lemon Lime Twist and Peach Pie card stock with flower and heart dies from the Hearts & Hugs Dies.  I adhered the stems with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered the hearts and flowers with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Hearts & Hugs stamp set in Garden Green ink on a panel of Lemon Lime Twist card stock and then cut around it with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to the flower centers to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Peach Pie DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
