Stampin’ Up! Greetings Of The Season Christmas Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Greetings Of The Season and Golden Greenery stamp sets to create a Christmas card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

Stampin' Up! Greetings Of The Season Christmas Card

Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC340.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel patterned paper from the Season Of Green & Gold Specialty DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of an Old Olive card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered three strips of Season Of Green & Gold DSP with Stampin’ Seal to the card front and then added another strip of Season Of Green & Gold DSP with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings Of The Season photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic White card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut around the sentiment with one of the Greetings Of The Season Dies (Online Exclusive item).

I stamped the greenery images from the Golden Greenery stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Mossy Meadow, Old Olive and Garden Green inks (stamped on scrap paper once for the solid images) around the sentiment.  Then I pulled a strand of Linen Thread through the tag top and tied a bow, then adhered the tag to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added two of the gold dots from the Blooming Pearls to finish the card front.
