Stampin’ Up! Everyday Greetings Anniversary Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Everyday Greetings and Greetings Of The Season stamp sets to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Greetings Anniversary Card

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Winter Meadow DSP (on sale for 15% off during August, restocking around August 26) to a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Moody Mauve card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a strip of Winter Meadow DSP in two pieces at an angle and adhered the pieces to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut a panel of Pretty Peacock glimmer paper from the Three Color Glimmer Specialty Paper (Online Exclusive item) two times with one of the Delicate Forest Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiments from the Greetings Of The Season and Everyday Greetings stamp sets (both Online Exclusive items) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock, sprinkled them with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed them.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies (restocking around August 26) and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I adhered two of the Pretty Peacock pearls from the Blooming Pearls to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Winter Meadow DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.
